Independence Power & Light is promoting the availability of low-interest loans to help its residential customer with energy conservation measures.

The Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) was promoted in the March 2014 city newsletter. Other programs are also available through Missouri Gas Energy. Learn more.

Our programs identified includes weatherization which is available at no charge to households with incomes below 200% of the area median income. Learn more.
